In 2019, Dares Skincare emerged, inspired by Egyptian cat goddess Bastet, embodying beauty and confidence. In 2022, after a partnership split, the brand was renamed Orca Skincare, inspired by the orca, symbolizing strength and wisdom, continuing to safeguard the beauty of skin.
The Birth of the Egypt Series
From Bastet to Orca, from simple to gorgeous, witnessed the transformation of the brand. The Egypt series commemorates the history of the brand (2019 - 2022) and is a beautiful memory for me and my old customers. The Bastet is always there. May she protect us forever and remind me to never forget my original intention of the brand.
Why Bastet?
Bastet is a gentle and kind Egyptian cat goddess, and also the patron saint of women, children and family. Cats were sacred animals in ancient Egypt, symbolizing saviors. We hope to follow the will of Bastet and carefully produce more products that make women more beautiful and healthier.
